The Panameras we look after

First generation (2009 to 2016)

V6, V8, Turbo and diesel versions are all welcome. Most Panameras use Porsche’s PDK dual-clutch gearbox, and many have air suspension.

What we look out for

The Panamera is a large, heavy car, so brakes and tyres work hard, and air suspension, where fitted, ages like any other part. PDK oil changes need doing when Porsche’s schedule says. Older cars also bring the age-related work you’d expect on any complex car, and the electronics are where proper diagnostics matters.

Servicing and repairs

Every Panamera is serviced to Porsche’s schedule, with Mobil lubricants and genuine Porsche parts as standard. We’ll explain the parts options where there’s a real choice, but Lawrence only fits parts he knows will last. Repairs are part of our maintenance and repair work, and PDK servicing is done to Porsche’s procedure.

Buying a used Panamera

A used Panamera can be a lot of car for the money, as long as it’s been looked after. A pre-purchase inspection at the workshop checks the history, the stored faults, the suspension, brakes and gearbox, so you know what you’re buying.
